Rental & Return Policies

All orders are non-refundable.

After completing an online order, the customer will be contacted to arrange completion of the rental. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct contact information is present.

Customer is responsible for the safety of rental equipment and will be charged retail cost of the item for any damages or losses incurred during the rental period.

All rentals are for the duration of the option selected unless otherwise arranged.

In the case of late return by the customer, the customer will be billed for the extra duration unless otherwise arranged.

LOCAL RENTALS:

For customer pickup, both pickup and return times must be agreed upon and scheduled.

For delivery, both delivery and pickup times must be agreed upon and scheduled.

SHIPPED RENTALS:

The rental will be shipped to the customer via UPS. The rental will include a return label. The customer must repack the rental with everything originally included in the original box or equivalent and return it via UPS.
