Policies

All orders are non-refundable.

After completing an online order, the customer will be contacted to arrange completion of the rental. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct contact information is present.

All rentals are for one day(24 hours) unless otherwise arranged.

For customer pickup, both pickup and return times must be agreed upon and scheduled.

For delivery, both delivery and pickup times must be agreed upon and scheduled.

Customer is responsible for the safety of rental equipment and will be charged retail cost of the item for any damages or losses incurred during the rental period.

In the case of late return by the customer, the customer will be billed for an additional day unless otherwise previously agreed upon. Depending on the rental this will be 50%-100% of the rental fee per day.
