Rental & Return Process

It's easy to rent with Karaoke Night!

If you would like to reserve your rental(s) for more than 24 hours, then select that option before adding an item to cart. For example: "Two Day Rental", "One Week Rental", etc. It's often wise to rent early to familiarize yourself with everything before your event.

Once you've added your rental(s) to your cart, you may go to View cart and complete your order. There, you may enter your requested rental date, time, and any other details in the notes section labeled "Tell us when you would like to receive your rental and any other notes below:".

It's best to reserve your rentals well before the date of your event to ensure that we have everything in stock! If you would like to confirm availability on your event date before ordering, then please give us a call at: 919-964-1187 or email: info@perfecteventdjs.com. 

After completing an online order, the customer will be promptly contacted to arrange completion of the rental. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct contact information is present.

LOCAL RENTALS

All of our rental products are available for local customers, as well as our full-size machines at our rental storage location: Security Self Storage 3628 Tryon Rd. Raleigh, N.C. 27606 by appointment. All customers will be contacted to set up an appointment for rental pickup and return. A helpful tutorial is provided on-site.

For local delivery, both delivery and pickup times must be agreed upon and scheduled. We deliver within 40 miles of U.S. zip code 27606. If you need delivery farther away, then contact us or consider our fun "KARAOKE-TO-GO" option.

"KARAOKE-TO-GO" SHIPPED RENTALS

We offer our compact and fully featured "Karaoke-to-Go" unit on adjustable stand and optional "Party Light" for shipping anywhere in N.C. as well as parts of S.C. and V.A.! The rental will be shipped to the customer via UPS. The rental will include a return label. The customer must repack the rental with everything originally included in the original box or equivalent and return it via UPS.

The customer is responsible for the safety of rental equipment and will be charged retail cost of the item for any damages or losses incurred during the rental period.

All rentals are for the duration of the option selected unless otherwise arranged.

In the case of late return by the customer, the customer will be billed for the extra duration unless otherwise arranged.
